It’s all about relationships
At CFPS, we like to say It’s About Relationships. Because how happy we are in our relationships — both with others and with ourselves — largely determines how happy we are in life.
Relationships are connected to some of our strongest emotions. When our relationships are positive, we feel content, secure and happy. When we’re disconnected in our relationships, we tend to feel anxious and lonely.
Often the best place to start is our relationship with ourselves. When we can connect with, understand and accept ourselves as worthy and lovable, flaws and all, we see the world in a brighter, more positive way, and that leads to better relationships with others. Put another way, if you think you are worthy of better, you’re likely to get better!
We are here to help you reconnect with yourself and cultivate meaningful, healthy relationships with the people you care about.
Child & Family Psychological Services is a community of compassionate professional therapists with expertise in treating a wide range of concerns. We work with adults, teens and children through individual, couples, family and group counseling, as well as psychological assessments.
Our passion is helping people make intentional, meaningful choices about how to live their lives. We provide safe spaces where our clients feel heard, respected and cared about as they work through their challenges and ultimately arrive at a happier, healthier way of living.
Because taking the first step into therapy can be a little intimidating, we promise to make it easy for you to get started. Call us at 269-372-4140 and we will answer any questions you have and work with you to find the right therapist for your needs. Or fill out our contact form and we’ll get back to you within one business day.
We offer both in-person and teletherapy sessions so that you get the expert care you need in the way that serves you best.
