Hello! My name is Jay Maddock. As a License Professional Counselor, I aim to foster an open, inclusive, and affirming space where clients feel safe to explore their concerns honestly and authentically. I believe in a person-centered therapeutic approach where I provide support and guidance to help clients build skills they need to grow and stretch as they confront issues in their lives. In my work with clients, I meet clients where they are with honesty, warmth, compassion, and humor. Together we will set goals that feel relevant and achievable and focus on what is important to you.

I work with adults and adolescents 16 years and older who seek help with gender identity, sexual orientation, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and major life transitions.
