“People who seek counseling are most successful when they are motivated for change and when their relationship with their counselor is based on mutual trust and respect. My goal is to help clients evaluate their current situation, learn valuable insights about their personality and its impact on relationships and explore future goals and aspirations. As a former collegiate athlete, I value hard work, perseverance and dedication to goal attainment.”
